An Unforgettable Experience

Charlotte Latin Summer Day Camps proudly presents our flagship full day camp, Camp Victor! This full day (9:00am - 4:00pm) experience for 5 to 10-year-olds runs for $475/week (please note, this price includes lunch).

Prepare for an incredible summer adventure filled with cherished memories, traditional camp activities, and a sense of community. Each day begins with our morning rally, a large group gathering where we share announcements, engage in interactive songs, and play counselor-led games. The beginning of each week is marked by a special flag raising ceremony in which the Camp Victor flag is proudly flown to kick off another fun-filled week of camp! From there, we begin a five-session rotation in which campers become immersed in art, scientific exploration, group games, and so much more! Our dynamic counselors have the chance to shine as they lead their own activities while also supporting our team of Activity Leaders during designated rotations. Twice daily, campers will have the opportunity to take things a bit slower. Whether it be enjoying a snack, engaging in sensory play, or hanging out in the Hammock Village, campers will utilize this structured time to reenergize in preparation for the rest of the day. Similar to how we start the day, each day ends with the afternoon rally, an chance to highlight camper accomplishments, distribute bottle badges, and cheer on our counselors as they compete in friendly challenges and games.

To ensure a meaningful experience, campers are thoughtfully placed in one of three cabin groups according to their age and grade. Each cabin group is assigned two (2) counselors that stay with the same group for the entire week. Counselors will ensure that their cabin group safely transitions between activity rotations. At Camp Victor, each week revolves around an enrichment theme that sets the stage for our daily activities. While some of our most popular weekly themes will be returning this summer, we’re excited to introduce several new themes! Each theme is complete with accompanying lore, cabin group challenges, and a special event. Without spoiling too much of our summer fun, visits from special guests, mud runs, obstacle courses, and dance parties are guaranteed throughout the summer. Campers are encouraged to embrace each opportunity through the concept of “challenge by choice,” allowing each camper the autonomy to participate in the things that interest them most. As an added highlight, every Thursday, our campers eagerly anticipate Water Day! This exhilarating event is the pinnacle of our week, when campers compete against their favorite counselors in the ultimate water slide extravaganza. Brace yourself for endless laughter, incredible splashes, and unforgettable memories. Our gigantic, 18-foot inflatable water slide guarantees a soaking good time for all.

Throughout the week, campers will earn coveted bottle badges to showcase their triumphs and accomplishments. From conquering group challenges to participating in special events, these badges serve as a physical representation of their dedication and enthusiasm for Camp Victor.
