Before & After Care
The Basics
Charlotte Latin Summer Day Camps is happy to offer Before & After Care for campers who need to be dropped off prior to their camp’s start time and/or who need to stay beyond the end of the regular camp day. During Before & After Care campers will have a variety of activities to choose from. This time will consist of supervised play, group games, make-it-take-it craft projects, music ’n’ movement, and more. We encourage campers to use this time to try a new activity, play a new game, or make new friends outside of their camp. Campers must be registered online in advance. Please refer to the “Carpool & Campus Info” page of our website for more information regarding the Hawk carpool location as well as a detailed map.
Before Care
$80/week
Before Care services are provided for each camp session. Your camper(s) drop-off time is 7:30am - 8:45am each morning through the Hawk carpool line. Campers will be escorted to their morning camp at 8:45am by a member of our staff.
After Care
$95/week
After care services are provided for each camp session. Your camper(s) pick-up time is 4:00pm - 5:30pm each afternoon through the Hawk carpool line. Please note, if you plan to pick up your camper(s) between 4:00pm - 4:15pm and are registered for After Care, campers will still be in transition from their camp to After Care. Any campers picked up after 5:30pm will be automatically billed for a late pick up fee.
After Care ends at 5:30pm. Our late pick-up policy includes a $25 late fee every 15 minute that will be added to your account.
When picking up your camper at After Care, remain in your vehicle and a member of our staff will escort your child to you.
Super Care
$120/week
Super Care is the discounted bundle for families in need of both Before and After Care.
Super Care services are provided for each camp session. Your camper(s) drop-off time is 7:30am - 8:45am each morning through the Hawk carpool line, and pick-up time is 4:00pm - 5:30pm each afternoon through the Hawk carpool line. Please note, if you plan to pick up your camper(s) between 4:00pm - 4:15pm and are registered for Super Care, campers will still be in transition from their camp to After Care. Any campers picked up after 5:30pm will be automatically billed for a late pick up fee.
